Roxy Reynolds, a stereotype of African American females. Not a role model for women of color because of the career she chose to take. Tragic

^^I’m sorry. If she was white she wouldn’t be a stereotype of white women. She’d be an individual making a choice that you may not agree with not an all out representation of her race. It isn’t her responsibility to carry the torch for all black women. Lots of people aren’t role models. Let’s not forget that there are more white women in the adult entertainment world than black women…there are Asians, Latinas etc…. That is why it’s important to understand the discourse surrounding these issues. It creates a mind-state that informs the way people are viewed.
POC shouldn’t sag their pants or listen to hip hop or use welfare even if they need it because those are stereotypes and they shouldn’t feed into them.
Making the “target group” responsible for the close mindedness and lack of social mobility that has been imposed upon them by the “majority” … ^.- she is responsible for undoing the negative images of black women. because the only way  black women can rid their names of these “negative” images constantly associated with them through the use of social media informed by power constructs created by the “majority”  which constantly only shows a single type of black woman thus creating a stereotype that all black women are this way—-  the only way to fix this mentality is to not do these things at all… is to change .. because the only way that all of us can stop being oppressed is to not ever do something that might be used as a “negative stereotype” —-it’s aunt jemima’s fault…she shouldn’t be fat, black, wear an apron and cook pancakes (take the example in context please)…she should know better……it has nothing to do with the viewer and assumptions they make…just don’t do the shit and people won’t make those assumptions….it’s your responsibility. it’s YOUR fault that things are the way they are and your existence has to be a constant counter argument to these assumptions…is that freedom? is that equality? —-your body doesn’t belong to you .. it belongs to your race. so only do things that make us comfortable… channing tatum can be an exotic dancer and make a movie off that shit but don’t do it don’t shake your ass don’t get money because that’s all people will think of black women
… let’s not even address the culture surrounding black women’s bodies that has been directly fueled by black men….
pleas. go. fuck. yourself.
